  • Zeené is an online women’s clothing brand offering premium-quality apparel.

  • By using this website, you agree to comply with our policies, including Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.


2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed directly through zeene.co.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online payment methods.

  • For COD, customers may open their parcel first and then pay (“First Open, Then Pay”).

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 working days across Pakistan.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 10,000.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, or public holidays.


4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can return items within 14 days if there is a genuine quality issue, wrong item, or defective product.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Sale items or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for refunds.


5. Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are allowed within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered.


6. Product Information

  • We ensure all product details, images, and descriptions are accurate.

  • Slight variations in color/design may occur due to photography and screen differences.

  • Fabric is A+ Grade, and we strive for the best quality and value.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on zeene.co (logo, images, designs, text, etc.) is the property of Zeené.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Zeené is not responsible for delays, courier mishandling, or customer misuse of products.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product only.


9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
